At BitePet, we take pride in providing safe, high-quality treats and toys for your pets.
Due to the nature of pet food and personalized subscription boxes, we have specific refund and return guidelines to ensure hygiene and fairness for all customers.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used pet treats and food items.
- Customized subscription boxes (Bite Box, Bite Crate) that have already been delivered.
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
3. Refundable Items
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product or missing items in your order.
- Your product was damaged or defective upon arrival (photo evidence required).
- Your order was charged but not shipped due to stock issues.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at bitepetofficial@gmail.com with your order number, reason for refund, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is required:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
- Please ensure items are returned in original packaging and unused condition (for toys/accessories).
6. Subscription Cancellation
For Bite Box and Bite Crate subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for boxes already processed or shipped.
- Prepaid multi-month subscriptions are non-refundable once the first box has been shipped.
