1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia (West Malaysia & East Malaysia). For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing.

3. Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia: Standard rate (calculated at checkout).
  • East Malaysia: Additional shipping surcharge applies due to distance.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time (announced on our website).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • East Malaysia: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can use this number to track your package via the courier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or lost during transit:

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number.
  • We will assist in contacting the courier service to resolve the issue.
  • BitePet is not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs clearance.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Reshipping fees will apply for returned parcels.
